Developing and execution of a strategic marketing plan to achieve objectives set out in the
corporate plan.
 Identifying strategic new business opportunities in the market and take initiatives to exploit
such opportunities.
 introducing innovative marketing practices for product promotion and for market penetration.
 Broadening the Bank’s customer base by gaining a thorough understanding of customer
needs and incorporating this into product development.
 Formulating and implementing plans for brand promotion and corporate image building.
 Structuring the Marketing Division for streamlining its work flow for successful performance
levels.
 Take measures to improve the brand value.
 Analyzing the movement of bank’s products and devices selling/ promotion and take
appropriate measures for continuous growth in sales.
Conduct training/ awareness programmes for the staff to inculcate selling culture and soft
skills in them.
I X/riting press release, handling media diplomacy, preparing press lines for press conferences
and co-ordinate & liaise with all mass media institutions to get the best public opinion
towards the Bank.
