I Operation and strategic leadership of the IT function within the Bank, with overall accountability for
I Execution of Bank’s existing technology strategy, including completion of a number of large and medium
sized projects critical to the operation of Bank’s systems.
I Setting objectives and strategies for the IT division of the Bank, ensuring reliable operation of resilient and
secure iT infrastructure.
I Keeping abreast of developments in technology that represent opportunities for innovation or may impact
the Bank in future.
I Selecting and implementing suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their
strategic benefits and optimal performance.
I Designing and customizing technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience.
I Analyze the costs, value and risks of information technology to advise the management and suggest actions.
I Provide guidance to IT professionals and other staff within the Bank.
